HB 695 extends the Worker Training Tax Credit, taking effect retroactively beginning in 2019, sunsetting in 2025, and granting $1 million in eligible tax credits per year.
The Manufacturing Skill Institute (MSI), as part of the workforce division of the Virginia Manufacturers Association (VMA), announced today that it has received a contract with the Office of Apprenticeship (OA) within the Department of Labors’ (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA)
