The AMB is a program of the Manufacturing Skills Institute. Through a combination of lab exercises, demonstrations, and small-group instruction, participants will obtain the skills needed for success in most manufacturing entry-level positions and achieve a foundation for more advanced skills building.
Today, Governor Bob McDonnell announced that the Virginia Industry Foundation (VIF) was awarded a Virginia Community College System (VCCS) Rapid Response Assistance Program for Veterans’ Employment grant to launch its Military2Manufacturing (M2M) program.
