The Manufacturing Skills Institute (MSI), is the workforce solutions partner of the Virginia Manufacturers Association (VMA) and serves as one of the federally funded Registered Apprenticeship Industry Intermediaries, specializing in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Through this role, we help employers develop and expand Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs by providing technical assistance, industry expertise, and access to resources that can offset program costs.
